Small updates

1. Objective Display no longer appears when there is no objective.
   
2. Bomb Car now rides along the ground, not above it.
   
3. Death transition is now red.

5. Removed True Ending (You couldn't handle the truth)
   
6. More fish in final level.
   
7. Improved Rooftop Rampage level.
   
8. Speed up skipping story text.
